Event id 1584 when using DPM to backup VM

Hi,

On event viewer indicated Event id 1584.

Description:-

A backup application initiated a VSS snapshot on Cluster Shared Volume '%1' ('%3') without properly preparing the volume for snapshot. This snapshot may be invalid and the backup may not be usable for restore operations. Please contact your backup application vendor to verify compatibility with Cluster Shared Volumes.

I have refer to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee830301(WS.10).aspx and request to confirm with backup solution vendor.

My environment is 2 node cluster running Hyper V R2 . Using DPM 2010 to backup VHD and Data.

DPM Backup is indicated OK (green).

I have patches both node with KB975354 and KB975921. Pls advise
